Mark Armstrong
Meet Mark Armstrong – Camp Mojo Extraordinaire
Meet Matua Mark, our lyrical genius and the musical heartbeat of Green School NZ! A founding educator, Mark is the Director of Mojo, master of music and sound, and an all-around tree-hugging legend. If there’s a fun vibe or a spontaneous singalong in the air, you can bet Mark is at the center of it, strumming his guitar or crafting tunes that bring people together.
But Mark’s talents don’t stop at creating good vibes – he’s also a behaviour specialist with a wealth of experience in specialized learning and behaviour support. Mark has a magical way of connecting with people of all ages, ensuring that everyone feels seen, valued, and part of the Green School whānau. Whether he’s leading a workshop, jamming by the campfire, or helping learners navigate challenges, Mark brings a balance of compassion, creativity, and pure Mojo.
At camp, you’ll find Mark connecting with nature, inspiring big smiles, and maybe even hugging a tree or two – after all, they deserve love too! With his warm energy and knack for fostering meaningful connections, Matua Mark is the heart and soul of our Green School adventures.
